I have no judgments about that. I did them too and honestly, they come from a wonderful, well-intentioned place.

I know. I robotically jumped onto every diet out there known to man. I never got to the CORE so therefore, never got to the solution. Once i did, I have sustained my weight loss and live this lifestyle for well over 7 years now. I learned that diets don’t work as they do not address the emotions connected to our relationship with food.
